On November, 30th, 2011 the ending of the Federal Program «The participant of youth scientifically-innovative competition» (UMNIK-2011) ["CLEVER MAN 2011"] across Moscow Region has taken place. This Program is organised by Russian Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in scientific and technical sphere ("FASIE"). The ending passed in the State scientific institution the All-Russia scientific research institute of animal industries of the Russian academy of agricultural sciences ("SRI of VIZH Rosselhozakademii", Moscow Region, Podolsk area, settlement Dubrovitsy). In competition has taken part and became the winner our younger researcher Denis G. Lapitan with the project «Development of a hardware-software system for functional diagnostics of the blood microcirculation in humans». The project-winner collective also included research assistants of laboratory Dmitry Kulikov and Oksana Smirnova. The memorable diploma of the winner and the scientific grant on financial support of researches in 2012 have been handed over the Project head Denisu Lapitanu. We congratulate them!
